This is day two of my Cessna 172 engine overhaul. A major point of the project is when the case of the engine is split in two to retrieve the crankshaft, camshaft, bearings and other parts. The engine is now apart. The case halves and other components are now being shipped to various shops for refurbishment. Take a look.
