VIDEO FOOTAGE COMING OF ENCOUNTER UPLOADING SOON.... This is the 17th District. The District in Chicago that most mainstream Activists concentrated on. After video surfaced of a Sgt. Daniel's flanked by 4 Ofc's walked out of the building a confronted a young man who was scared and alone, but also on a public sidewalk doing a CONSTITUTIONAL PROTECTED ACTIVITY. They bullied him and intimated that he was slow, handicapped, or had a learning disability.I ran in to 2 of those men. Funny thing is they didnt keep that same energy with me.
