How To Warm Up For Your Working Set I’ve been using 3-4 warm up sets before I start my working set
Example let’s say working weight is 315 2x6-8
I’d warm up with 135x10-15 225x6-10 275x3-4 315x1
Then I’d start my working set of 315 after a 5 minute rest
