It's Police's Job To Safeguard Citizens of Delhi: Former Uttar Pradesh DGP Vikram Singh

"It is said that the police probably did not take harsh measures because of the visit of US President Donald Trump. But this is no excuse. The police have a job to perform and irrespective of the VVIP visit it was their job to safeguard the life and property of citizen of Delhi. The police needs to be unsparing in their application of the rule of law," former Uttar Pradesh DGP Vikram Singh questions the role of the police in the ongoing Delhi violence.
