Ok so, there really are no words to describe the film Cats, whether you’ve seen it or not you KNOW about those special effects.
After receiving ZERO nominations we were not expecting to see the film represented at this year’s academy awards...but James and Rebel gave us the moment we never knew we needed….
Incredible right, they also showed off their cat personas with a hilarious battle with the microphone stand…
The award ended up going to 1917, and let’s face it we weren’t even surprised!
Twitter is of course reacting to the moment and fans are creating hilarious memes. One fan tweeted:
