The first of the Roundup Bosses is now a summonable unit in the game. So is Juubito any good? Jutsu description below. His ultimate, Sword of the Soul, has Juubito wind up for an attack, striking down his sword and dealing damage, ignoring resistances. It also decreases evasion, inflicts seal, and slowed movement [Effect: Medium].
His 4*, Six Paths: Cross Lantern, has Juubito make a cross-flame, knocking enemies down, damaging enemies, and inflicting damage over time [Effect: Medium]. It also increases Juubito's defense [Effect: Large].
His first 3*, Black Fireworks, creates an explosion, causing damage and inflicting darkness in a wide area [Effect: Small].
His second 3*, Truth-Seeker: Defense & Attack, has Juubito set up a counter-stance, countering and iFraming the next attack whilst also dealing damage if activated, decreasing defense and evasion [Effect: Small]. It also inflicts darkness [Effect: Small].
Overall, Juubito is fairly weak as a whole. His 4* is the star of his kit, doing a lot of damage while inflicting DoT and increasing defense. However his other jutsus and his ultimate are very disappointing. Counters are the worst of iFrames and the other jutsu effect is only Darkness with a small effect. The animation on the ult is too long, so more often than not, his ultimate is easily iFramed (or they casually walk away from the ult since it’s range isn’t impressive either). He is only really somewhat effective in defense, and lacking pretty much everywhere else. Hopefully a rekit will change things greatly for Juubito like they did with the original Obito.
