New Delhi, Jan 29 (ANI): Nirbhaya’s mother welcomed Supreme Court’s decision of dismissing 2012 Delhi gangrape convict Mukesh’s petition to challenge against President’s decision for dismissing mercy petition. Speaking on it, Nirbhaya’s mother, Asha Devi said, “I am following this case for last 7 years and I saw what happened to my daughter.
