Officials puzzled by the continued misuse of guns by cops

The Police administration is puzzled by the continued misuse of guns by police officers, leading to deaths and injuries of innocent civilians. In a space of two days, this week, two people were shot by police officers in Wakiso and Kassanda districts. As SOLOMON KAWEESA reports, one of the victims was a 13 year old who died instantly.
