"There has to be a larger social context that reinforces the whole logic of democratic, egalitarian workplaces and enterprises... We want everyone to decide what's best in their workplace in terms of the society's well-being. And the way we're going to do that is we're going to say a job is a human right. By virtue of having been born you're going to have a job and an income."
