The specified Gradle distribution does not appear to contain a Gradle distribution || SOLVED

Recently I had imported the Sunshine project from the Udacity Android Development course and got stuck with this, "ERROR: The specified Gradle distribution ' does not appear to contain a Gradle distribution."

After a little research, I finally found the solution. I hope this helps anyone who are into android development, especially the beginners.
Android Studio version used in this video: 3.5.3
