USMLE STEP 1 is now PASS FAIL - WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR DO's and IMG's ?

The usmle step 1 is now pass or fail.
This could mean a lot of IMG's and DO's - and not in a good way.

Also.. you're going to choose a field where you have the potential to care for one of MY family members, I would hope to god that you'd try to do REALLY WELL in medical school.
And NOT just pass or fail.
