Vacant Department Store (Former Sears)

Vacant Department Store (Former Sears) After 64 years, the Sears in Fresno, California at Manchester Center closed permanently on Sunday February 2, 2020. This video provides a brief glimpse of the vacant store almost two weeks after the closure.

In 2019, the Sears building went under renovation taking more than 78,000 square feet of the building to make room for 3 more retailers. The renovation was not complete before the announcement of Fresno Sears' closing nor the actual closing of the Fresno Sears.

Note: The only full-sized Sears left in the San Joaquin Valley is located in Clovis, California.
