'We Are Just Asking, You're Filming Our Building'. Hartford Parole Officer Supervisor. Jason Bedard.

This was a random find downtown Hartford Connecticut. We were walking from EverSourse and going to Channel 8 ABC News, when we noticed some Security cameras and a couple signs. I took a couple pictures then started filming. I had an interaction almost immediately (within 4 minutes). Another Parole Officer steps far out of his way to intimidate Mass Exposure on the sidewalk. A bunch of thugs with badges trying to play nice. Which they can't even do.
