Some is better, but quite expensive and limited in how you can use it. Some is only available through consultants or as part of a training program. Our Continuous Improvement Development Guide is intended to help you create the systems you need for Lean Success. It is a system-based approach to continuous improvement that is broken down into a series of phases to make your development more manageable.
Best of all, the guide is free. At least most of the main parts of the guide are free. We do offer a lot of additional content to support your development, but Volume 1, the overview, the 750+ page reference guide (Vol 2, the Continuous Improvement Companion), and our directory (Vol 3) that lists all of the supporting content to follow the guide, both free and premium.
