Most of the business owners I sit with have a crossed finger policy when it comes to getting referrals. Essentially, they are working with their referral program passively.
What I mean by that is they do a good job for their customers and clients and simply hope in return that they will refer business to them in return.
No this works in many cases. In fact, pretty much every business I have worked with over the years has a reasonable to good referral score.
But how good would it be if you had a PROACTIVE referral program going? How many more referrals would your business receive?
