HOW TO REDUCE MUSCLE SORENESS FAST AFTER WORKOUT | RECOVER FROM DELAYED ONSET MUSCLE SORENESS (DOMS) Do you feel sore after a workout and/or would like to know how to reduce muscle soreness also known as Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS)? If yes, make sure you watch this video till the end. In this video, I provide you with three tips on how to reduce muscle soreness after a workout. These three tips are based on my own personal experience and would encourage you to do your own research to learn more about this topic.

This tear could be caused by either doing something that you have never done before (CHANGE) or by increasing the INTENSITY of your workout. There is no quick fix to getting rid of DOMS, it just takes time.
