Hi I'm Tiffany with Headcovers.com and today I'm going to show you the easiest way to tie a square headscarf. I'm wearing our meridian beanie and it has pleating around the sides and light padding on top to provide body and volume under the headscarf. I’m using our 100% pure silk headscarf and to start the look we’re going to make a triangle by taking two opposite corners and put them together. The triangle is the basis of most ways you can tie a square headscarf. Now I’m going to take the folded edge of the headscarf and place it along the hairline. You’ll take the two long ends and tie them in a knot over the triangle and then tie them again into a square knot. And you’ll also want to adjust it over the ears once you have it tied to make sure you get full head coverage, and this is the first look. For the second look, we’re going to start it the same by making the triangle and taking the folded edge and placing it along the hairline. You’ll take your two long ends again and tie them in the initial knot. Now, just like tying your shoes, you’re going to tie a bow. And you can fluff out the sides. And again you can adjust it over the ears again to give you full head coverage and this is our second look. For the final look we’re going to tie it on the side so we’ll start with a triangle and instead of lining it up with the forehead you’ll line it up with an ear. And you’ll take your two long ends and tie them in a knot and continue it onto a bow and you can fluff out the edges again. And you’ll want to adjust it over your ears again to give you full head coverage and this is our final look. You can also get the same look by taking the bow from the back and twisting it to the side. Let us know in the comments which look you liked best. I’ve linked all the products below.
