Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan updated the Parliament on the novel coronavirus today. Vardhan spoke about the symptoms of the deadly virus and about their treatment in isolation with universal precautions. The health minister said that as of 4 March, 29 positive cases have been reported in India and that the Prime Minister himself is monitoring the preparations to tackle the virus outbreak.
