During her visit to a St Luke's ElderCare centre, President Halimah Yacob said it is important to complement healthcare efforts with social and psychological support, especially in the fight against the COVID-19 outbreak. She gave out care packages to the elderly and also commended community efforts for supporting vulnerable groups.
