NTUC injects $500,000 in funding for aviation firms, over 8,000 workers set to benefit Unionised companies in aviation can tap into an extra $500,000 from the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) when they send their workers for training. This is on top of the $4 billion Stabilisation and Support package announced during Budget. More than 8,000 aviation workers -- from PMEs to service staff -- stand to benefit. NTUC secretary-general Ng Chee Meng unveiled the package during a visit to the SATS Coolport on March 2.
