Vietnam grants quarantine exception to S. Korean engineers

베트남, 삼성디스플레이 엔지니어 186명 격리 예외 입국 허용

Vietnam has decided to grant an exception to its quarantine rules for 186 South Korean engineers from Samsung Display so that the company's plants in the country don't have to slow down production.
Vietnam has been requiring people arriving from South Korea to stay in quarantine for two weeks.
But according to the South Korean embassy in Vietnam, Samsung requested an exemption for 700 engineers, and it was granted to 186 of them, who left for Vietnam this morning.
They'll be working in a building separate from other workers.
Reports say Vietnam is considering exemptions to other Korean companies as well.
