Stay focused on your goals by asking yourself:
*What life values are important to me?
*Are my goals aligned with my values?
*What's the driving force behind wanting this?
And then stay focused on your "WHY" and block out all the distractions, ignore the haters, and push through those obstacles and excuses. Don't let anyone tell you that you can't achieve your dreams. Screw'em. Today is the day to get started on working towards your goals. Whether it's healthy weight loss, a fitness journey, getting out of that dark place, or just improving your life balance, get motivated to train your mind and body for a healthier you.
The internet and social media is often associated as a breeding ground for envy, jealousy, and depressed mood for those who might be looking at social media feeds while wishing for a better life or scrambling for likes & followers to fill an empty void. But, I believe that social media can also be utilized as a powerful tool to connect, educate, motivate, and inspire each other as well.
Each day starts off as a blank slate and everyday is yours to influence in terms of your attitude, approach, and actions. So tackle each day with a healthy mindset and learn from setbacks to tackle the next. And when life knocks you down, get the hell back up and punch right back.
