In this Video, I show how to obtain the P-996 LAZER from Fort Zancudo. This is nothing special, but decided to make a Video of it since it's still a cool "Rare" Vehicle to have in your Save considering there is only *one* SPECIAL Plane in the entire game (EC Velum from Delivering the Truth from Epsilon). You have two other spaces free inside the other Hanger's, so you might as well get one of these!
Using Franklin's Special Ability can help make the Wanted Level appear LATER than normal. It can also help with Tanks. Though, just be quick and get inside and take off and you'll be fine!
