Pharaoh and Cleopatra Review | Still good twenty year later?

Pharaoh and Cleopatra comes from a different era, a time where the challenge of city builders, or base builder games, was less about survival and more about learning how the game works and optimizing your use of its game systems in order to succeed. And even though nowadays I am on my quest for a super cool survival-type city builder, that doesn’t mean that I don’t look back to see what and how things were done in the past, because who knows what I’ll find?
