Woman Critically Injured After AIADMK Flag-post Collapses In Coimbatore

A young woman commuter on a two-wheeler was badly injured on Monday in Coimbatore when she tried to dodge a leaning AIADMK flag pole, fell on the road, and her legs were run over by a truck.
Rajeshwari, 31, was driving to work when she noticed the flag pole, braked and skidded. A series of flag poles had been erected at the spot for the wedding of an AIADMK functionary, Swami Bomivardhan.
