12-year-old boy to be youngest person in Imphal to appear for class 10 boards

12-year-old boy, Issac Paulallungmuan Vaiphei, of Kangvai village in Churachandpur district in Manipur is all set to become the youngest person in Imphal to appear for the class-10 Board exams. The Board of Secondary Education (BOSEM) gave the approval to Isaac to register his name with his actual date of birth for the upcoming board exams, terming it a 'special case'. His IQ is 141, while his mental age is 17 years and 5 months.
