FURIOUS ... Independent presidential candidate Panduleni Itula expresses dismay at the credibility given for the election process by SADC, African Union, Commonwealth and ECF SADC. Itula made reference to the SADC guidelines on elections but SEOM head of mission Oppah Muchinguri-Kashiri explained that their mandate is to observe and recommend without being involved in internal processes. SADC executive director Stergomena Lawrence Tax also responded to Itula, saying they came here to observe and his queries can best be dealt with by the Electoral Commission of Namibia.
