Q1: What type of jewelery you make ?
A:We make the Jewellery starting from 12/14/18/22 based on the customer requirement.
12 carat doesn’t have any certified hallmark
Hallmarking would be given for 14/18/22 carat ornaments. You can always get the testing done in any testing center for the purity.
Q2: 14 carat means?
A: 58.5 % purity of gold
Q3: what’s the guarantee for purity?
A: you will have 14k hallmark on the Jewellery
Q4: what’s the making and wastage percentage?
A: we charge 10% of wastage and making.
Q5: what’s the price per gram including wastage
A: per gram we charge 68% of 24 carat gold rate I.e. 59% + 10%
Q6: Is COD available? And how many days for delivery ?
A: No COD. We usually take 15-20days and that may vary accordingly.
Q7 How we will receive the item? And how do we trust ?
A: We send through Couriers and we are GST registered and for trust issues you can review our facebook/instagram page.
Q8: Will you provide bills?
A: yes we will send bill with the item
Q9: What type of stones you use?
A: we usually use semi precious stones/beads/pearls based on the customer requirements we go with precious too.
