Why cooling fans are so hard, and some preliminary testing

This is just a little insight into why cooling fans are more complicated than they would appear... plus some initial testing I did in preparation for an eventual cooling fan comparison video.

(Sorry about the plosive popping into the microphone... my sick wife was sleeping so I was aaaaaall kindsa up on the mic, trying not to be too loud)
