The Republican party has used a clip from a recent viral video, which showed CNN anchor Don Lemon and his panel mocking the intelligence of Trump voters, as part of an advertisement campaign for the 2020 presidential election.
Digital editor Jack Houghton said Facebook feedback has shown viewers believe this attitude from the "mass media" and "donothingcrats" will help President Donald Trump secure a second term when voters go to the polls in November.
