Phoenix Park Buys US Company Twin Eagles Liquids Marketing

Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited (PPGPL) has announced its acquisition of US entity, Twin Eagles Liquids Marketing, at the cost of US$17 million.

The acquisition took effect on February 1st and according to NGC Chairman, Conrad Enill, the move is expected to improve the company's performance.

Energy Minister Franklin Khan described the acquisition as a quantum leap that took 20 years too long.
