JUSTICE OF THE PEACE DIANNE HENSLEY'S CASE IS CRUCIAL FOR RELIGIOUS FREEDOM IN TEXAS

JUSTICE OF THE PEACE DIANNE HENSLEY'S CASE IS CRUCIAL FOR RELIGIOUS FREEDOM IN TEXAS On November 12, 2019, The Texas State Commission on Judicial Conduct (SCJC) issued a public warning to Justice of the Peace Dianne Hensley, Precinct 1, Place 1, Waco, McLennan County, Texas. (CJC No. 17-1572). In issuing this warning, the SCJC completely ignored the Texas Constitution, in particular Article 1 Section 4, Article 1 Section 6, and Article 1 Section 32. In addition, they completely failed to upload the twenty principles articulated by U. S. Attorney Jeff Sessions on October 6, 2017, in the MEMORANDUM FOR ALL EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES.

In this video, I discuss this horrendous public warning and why it is wrong from the perspective of the constitutional protections for religious liberty afforded to us by the U. S. Constitution, the Texas State Constitution, and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993.

The Texas State Commission on Judicial Conduct has erred badly, showed its incompetence, and abused its authority. I see no option other than for the ENTIRE BOARD TO RESIGN IMMEDIATELY or be fired by Governor Greg Abbott for its utter incompetence and abuse of power.

Justice of the Peace Dianne Hensley has hired counsel and is fighting back. I FULLY SUPPORT Justice of the Peace Dianne Hensley against this atrocious abuse of power and incompetence by the SCJC.

Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 is a federal law that prohibits employers from discriminating against employees on the basis of sex, race, color, national origin and religion. It generally applies to employers with 15 or more employees, including federal, state and local governments.
