BACH's Labor and Delivery and Mother-Baby Unit nurses participated in a nursing skills fair recently. Skills fairs are commonly used in the health care industry to update nursing staff on the latest developments in nursing and review policies and procedures for patient care. The team incorporated a fun theme, Cultivating your Skills, to present the information in a fun and memorable way. It included annual training and hands-on medical scenarios that strengthen their skills to enable safe, quality care for mothers and newborns.

Speaker 1: Capt. Jessica Little, BACH Mother Baby Unit, Clinical Nurse Officer in Charge

Speaker 2 Ms. Sabrina Stanley, BACH Labor and Delivery Nurse
