Why You Should Leverage Workplace Flexibility & Remote Work - Jacob Morgan

I find it interesting that there's still a lot of debate around this topic of workplace flexibility and remote work, and I am a big believer in workplace flexibility.

I think you should give your employees as much freedom and flexibility as you can. And I know there are lots of leaders out there and managers who don't believe in this.

Come on now, this is 2019. How can we not have workplace flexibility, we have the technologies at our disposal, we have top talent that we can tap into anywhere on planet earth.

I have a team of 10 people that I work with currently, and I have only met one of them. We use technology to communicate and collaborate and everybody works in different time zones. Guess what? We do a lot of great work together.

There’s really no reason to know have a workplace flexibility program today.
