Democratic presidential contenders Elizabeth Warren and Joe Biden are fighting over big banks, again. Their disagreement started back in the early 2000s when Warren wanted to bring down the Bankruptcy Bill, while Biden sided with the big banks. Just this week, Warren renewed the fight by releasing a plan that would provide families relief from financial behemoths.
