Remember when Tony Stark built the first Iron Man suit in the cave in the desert?

That thing was pretty cool right? Well... at the time...

But it was the best he could do with what he had right? I mean the dude wasn't exactly working with high- quality materials or great working conditions...

So that first one was a little... mmm... limited?

Heavy... shambling... slow moving... and definitely didn't fly very far or very well... right?

BUT then when he got home... and got to work?

WOAH nellie!

Well there's a message to be appreciated there..

Think about what he could do with all the best building blocks... versus just junk parts...

...Well did you know that your amazing body... your Superpowered meat machine... is capable of such GREAT things if you just feed it with the right stuff?

Your body will pick up anything you eat and turn it into a part of itself...

ITS CRAZY!

The problem is that everything you eat can become either a building block... if it's good stuff...

or a stumbling block... if it... well... isn't so good...
